Quantum tunneling through a rectangular barrier

Compute the exact transmission probability T(E) for an electron crossing a barrier. Vary height, width and effective mass.

FeFET memory dashboard

Device schematic, polarization–voltage loop, I–V curves and a memory-array scope for a ferroelectric FET.

FeFET memory device

FeFET Lab

An interactive ferroelectric-memory lab: switching, memory window and read/write behaviour of a FeFET.

Recessed-channel FeFET

Why a recessed channel helps a ferroelectric FET, shown interactively.

2DFET simulator

Simulate 2D-material FETs (for example MoS2) with editable effective masses: I–V, transfer curves, velocity, density and capacitance. Built by Adib Md. Ridwan.
