Thesis supervision
I supervise B.Sc. (EEE 400) and M.Sc. theses. Recent topics include topological-insulator transistors, borophene and black-phosphorus devices, thermoelectrics, ferroelectric neuromorphic devices and power-electronics systems. I also serve on examination boards for theses in nanoelectronics, photonics, energy systems and digital design.
Accreditation and curriculum
I contribute to outcome-based education (OBE) and BAETE accreditation work in the department, in the context of the Washington Accord.
Laboratory oversight
High Voltage Laboratory, Power Electronics Laboratory and the EV Research Laboratory at the 4IR Park.
